This Form is used for Phone Order Return.
Our customers have a 60 day Return Period on Workwear and 30 days on Footwear. Returned items returned must be new, unworn, unwashed, without embroidery or customization, clean without odor or animal hair. Customer is responsible for the cost of the shipping return back to us, unless we made the error. This Return Form is for orders that were placed by phone or mail order only.
