The only thing I wish they had was the second botton on the sleeve to make the wrist a little snugger like the ones my employer provided. Basic Garment Construction #101: Any time chest pockets have flaps, the pockets have to be made much smaller in order to accommodate the flap, which means that - whatever it is that you are required to carry around with you - may not necessarily fit inside the pocket! The Red Kap is also the ONLY Industrial Work Shirt in America today that comes available in your so-called "safety" colors of Yellow, Orange and Red. The 65% polyester / 35% cotton blend will hold its shape and its saturated color throughout the life of the garment.
